There will be a very tiny chance that some beads are missing in your diamond painting kits. Don't worry when you happen to meet this. We will take the full responsibility to resend the missing beads and send the beads for FREE.

To make the process simple and straightforward, please attach the photos like below and send to our support email estoresupport@floatingstyles.com . Please do remember to capture all the Chinese words on the color table. We want to make us on the same page because some words on this table mean Quantity and some mean Color Number.

You may also need to tell us the order id and how many bags of the beads you need. For example:

#FloStyXXXX - #3772 x 1 bag - #3756 x 2 bags
